The Coast Guard Cutter WMEC-627 VIGORUS will make a port visit to Wilmington to celebrate America 250 by invitation of the World War II Wilmongton Home Front Heritage Coalition. The Coast Guard will offer ship tours of the 210' RELIANCE class cutter to the public during the visit.
