Come celebrate Earth Day with the Rangers at Lake James State Park!

Join us for a meaningful afternoon of service and fun as we work together to care for our park. In honor of Earth Day, we’ll be picking up litter around the Paddy’s Creek Swim Beach and nearby picnic areas to help keep Lake James beautiful for everyone to enjoy.

After our cleanup, stick around for a round of “Oh, Deer,” an engaging and interactive game that explores wildlife survival.

We will meet at 3:30 PM in the Paddy’s Creek day-use area at the swim beach. All tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided. All ages are welcome to join.
