Learn some new bird identification skills or share some expertise with others.  Anyone can participate in this nationwide citizen science project, held every President's day weekend.  We will observe bird study skins up close to practice observation skills. Then we'll amble along the river and trails to conduct our bird count.  Bring binoculars if you have them, or we'll have some you can borrow.  Everyone welcome, from expert birders to absolute beginners.
