Join us on Saturday April 25th, 2026, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Morrow Mountain State Park for the Statewide Star Party! We’ll have activities focusing on our theme, “Mission to the Moon,” and stargazing. Representatives from the Charlotte Amateur Astronomers Club, as well as local astronomers, will be standing by to answer questions and allow peeks through some high-powered telescopes! Meet in the large parking lot adjacent to our swimming pool. Participants are encouraged to bring telescopes and binoculars. Please try to limit light pollution once it gets dark. See you there!
