Its that time of year again! Come celebrate the summer at Merchants Millpond State Park with our 4th year of the Summer Junior Adventure Series! In this series, we have a different topic that we teach about every Monday at 10 AM throughout the summer. 

Join us at Merchants Millpond State Park for a creative, family-friendly art experience inspired by the natural beauty of the park. Together, we’ll explore the sights, textures, and patterns of the millpond and use them as inspiration for hands-on art activities.

Participants will have the opportunity to experiment with simple, nature-based art experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, and connection to the outdoors.

This program is designed for all ages—no art experience needed, just come ready to explore, create, and have fun as a family. We will begin promptly at 10 AM at the visitor center. Guests are encouraged to dress for the weather as most of this program will be outside.
