A new guided tour centered on the horticultural practices of the three groups of people once inhabiting this land: the Scots-Irish, the Catawba, and enslaved Africans. Join us in learning about how these three groups used plants and herbs to sustain and heal their communities. The tour will run about 1 hour, with a 30 minute hands-on demonstration/activity to follow.
