Its that time of year again! Come celebrate the summer at Merchants Millpond State Park with our 4th year of the Summer Junior Adventure Series! In this series, we have a different topic that we teach about every Monday at 10 AM throughout the summer. 

This week we will look into some of the skills that got humanity to where we are now; Navigation. We will cover ways of using navigation tools like maps and a compass, as well as why they are important skills to have before going out to put our skills to the test. 

This program will start promptly at 10 AM at the visitor center. Guests are encouraged to dress for the weather as part of this program will be outside.
