Start the new year off in rock solid fashion on a geology and ecology hike along the Raven Rock Loop Trail as we explore the parks unique geology. We will start at the trailhead next to the Picnic Shelter and walk to the top of the Cliffs at a leisurely pace. 

What to bring:

• Dress in layers for the weather
• Bring water and a snack
• Wear sturdy shoes—trail surfaces include gravel, dirt, and uneven terrain

After the guided hike, you’re welcome to continue exploring on your own— by going down the stairs to the base of the cliffs or continuing  down the Raven Rock Loop Traill to the Overlook and view the mighty rapids of the Fish Traps.
