Remember the Ladies — A Living History Experience

On March 21st, from 10 AM to 4 PM, the Museum of the Waxhaws in Waxhaw, NC will host “Remember the Ladies: A Living History Experience,” an immersive event celebrating the extraordinary women who helped shape America. Through first and thid person interpretation and interactive storytelling, guests will step into the past and meet the women whose courage, intellect, and determination influenced generations.

 Abigail Adams’ famous call to “remember the ladies” serves as the event’s guiding theme, echoed throughout the day as performers illuminate the stories of women whose contributions are too often overlooked.

In addition to the living history presentations, visitors can enjoy a vibrant outdoor marketplace on the museum grounds. Women-owned businesses, artisans, and makers will be onsite offering handcrafted goods, art, specialty items, and more. Food vendors will also be available on the outdoor field, providing a variety of delicious options for guests to enjoy throughout the day.
