RiverFest is Eden's signature annual festival celebrating the community's river heritage, outdoor recreation, arts, music, and small-town spirit. Held each September in Uptown Eden, the two-day event features live entertainment, local artisans, food vendors, family activities, historical exhibits, and river experiences. As part of America 250 NC, the festival will showcase the Dan River's connection to North Carolina's Revolutionary War history through special exhibits and educational programming, inviting visitors to experience the history, culture, and outdoor adventure that define Eden as North Carolina's Small Town, Big Outdoors destination.
