Lace up your shoes and run with a ranger at Carolina Beach State Park! Enjoy a casual group run on the park's trails, with the pace and distance adjusted for everyone. Beginners, joggers, and walkers are all welcome. We will meet at the Visitor's Center at 8:00 am. The route will change monthly and will be a mix of trails and pavement. Some trails may be sandy or root-heavy. 

Bring water and running shoes. Bug spray is also recommended. We'll run rain or shine, but will cancel for storms or severe weather. 

No registration is necessary - just show up! Whether you're training for a race, building a new habit, or just want to see the park in a new way, we hope you'll join us!
