DESCRIPTION:Paddling can not only be a great way to exercise but can also r
 educe stress and be a boost to your mental health. Ranger Mitchell will be
  leading you on a wellness paddle around the lake on June 23rd at 11am. Di
 fferent methods will be discussed and put into practice while paddling. Di
 fferent types of boats will be available. All experience levels and ages a
 re welcome to join. Ages 16 and younger must be with an adult while in a b
 oat. Sign up by emailing mitchell.mckenney@ncparks.gov.  Space is limited 
 and program is weather dependent.
