Sticking with that resolution to shrink the waistline? This full body workout mimicking animal movements can help. The first 5-10 minutes will focus on stretching and warming up our muscle groups. This will be followed by 10 minutes of body movement practice leading into a 20-minute circuit of those learned movements, known as an AMRAP (as many rounds/reps as possible). We’ll end with a 10-minute cool down. This will be physically challenging, but movements can be modified. Meet in the open lawn near the Visitor’s Center. Program is weather dependent.
