Join Ranger Greene on a winter tree ID hike at Lake James State Park. Be sure to be prepared for the weather and bring water. Children must be accompanied by an adult. 

Hike- We will meet on the Visitor Center front deck. Then begin our walk to cross the Cove Bridge over to the Fonta Flora State Trail providing great views of Lake James. The hike is a moderate hike, we will go slowly looking at how we can ID different tree species in the winter!
